Founded in 1976, the Denver Coming Out/Being Out Group continues to provide a place where men can meet to talk about issues of coming out and being out. This process is not a single decision, but rather a series of choices, to accept ourselves as we are, made throughout our lives.

This group is NOT a therapy group, but affords opportunities to meet and talk with other gay men in a relaxed, informal setting. Men of all ages are welcome.

The Group meets each Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. at 1630 East 14th Avenue (enter on the Gilpin Street side of the building). To help with costs of refreshments, rent, and supplies, a contribution of $2.00 or more is requested from those who can afford it.

The facilitators will be happy to talk with you individually if you have concerns you would rather not discuss in the larger group.
